Section 01Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Section 02Acceptance of Terms

Section 03Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on hx777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hx777 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts suspended immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You are registering as a private individual in a personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any corporate entity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not hold an existing active or closed hx777 Account. Only one Account per person, per household, and per device is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and for your own recreational purposes. Wagering on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

hx777 may, at its absolute discretion and at any time, require a Player to submit KYC documentation to verify the information provided during registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure.

Section 04Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hx777 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

hx777 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication on your Account and use a password that is unique to the hx777 Platform. You should access your Account only from devices that you personally own or control.

Any activity carried out through your Account — including wagers placed, withdrawals initiated, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. Section 05Deposits & Withdrawals

hx777 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the Player selects a cryptocurrency method, in which case conversion rates apply at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. hx777 does not impose a deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set out in the hx777 Cashier section and may be updated periodically.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account has passed all required KYC verification checks.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available Real Money Balance.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met in full prior to the withdrawal request.
• The withdrawal method matches or is consistent with the method used for the most recent deposit, subject to hx777's anti-money-laundering obligations.

hx777 targets withdrawal processing times of 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa, and within a few business hours for bank transfer methods. These are target timeframes and not contractual guarantees; processing times may be affected by payment provider delays, public holidays, or additional security reviews initiated by hx777.

hx777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where transaction patterns trigger internal compliance protocols.

Section 06Bonuses & Promotions

hx777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the criteria specified in the offer terms, which may include minimum deposit requirements, game category restrictions, or time-limited eligibility windows.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.

Bonus Funds and Real Money Balance are maintained as separate balances within the hx777 Account. Real Money Balance is used in wagers before Bonus Funds unless the applicable game or promotion specifies otherwise. Section 07Game Rules & Betting Conduct

All games available on the hx777 Platform — including live baccarat, Dragon Tiger, roulette, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate under published rules accessible within each game interface or the hx777 help centre. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the hx777 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. In the event of a disputed outcome, the result recorded by the hx777 server shall be the definitive record.

hx777 reserves the right to void any bet under the following circumstances:

• The bet was accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error or software malfunction.
• The game or sporting event to which the bet relates was abandoned, postponed, or its outcome was determined to be irregular.

Section 08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hx777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies across hx777 accounts or in coordination with third-party accounts in a manner designed to generate risk-free profits at the expense of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic access controls.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software component of the Platform.

Section 09Responsible Gaming

hx777 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from account settings, without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital medium without express written consent from hx777.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar data extraction tools in relation to the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of hx777 intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Section 11Privacy & Data

hx777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the hx777 Privacy Policy.

hx777 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Your data will not be sold to third-party marketing organisations. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Section 13Termination

hx777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if continued operation of your Account presents a legal, compliance, or reputational risk to the Platform.

Upon termination for breach, hx777 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in your Account. Your Real Money Balance will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering and fraud investigation requirements.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting the hx777 support team. Upon voluntary closure, your available Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and the absence of any open fraud investigations.

Section 14Amendments to These Terms

hx777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, hx777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Section 15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which hx777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to the hx777 customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, the Player may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by hx777's licensing authority. hx777 will cooperate fully with any such process and abide by the determination reached.

You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
